In my journey as a bikini competitor in the NPC and the IFBB Pro League, I've developed a passion for posing. It's our way of communicating with the judges without saying a word. Beyond the Bikini
Before I found bodybuilding, I was a competitive tennis player for 8 years. I decided to combine my love for sports/athletics and maintaining physical fitness by acquiring my Bachelors degree in Athletic Training.
As someone who has struggled with confidence, I remember what I looked for in a role model and mentor. When I began my journey as a competitor I found it difficult to envision my own success, out of fear that I would never be good enough. After winning 4 overalls in 2019, one of which earned me my IFBB pro card, and another my 2020 Olympia qualification, I have learned the value of embracing and expressing my individuality.
I've learned to apply these same values in life outside of competing, and my goal now is to encourage and empower women to be the best version of themselves on and off the stage.
We're back! But something's different.
I've missed working with all of you, and I'm glad to be back! I've upgraded my scheduling and posing options. Instead of first come first serve, I have decided to work exclusively with a select few clients at a time to ensure we get the results you deserve!
Spaces are limited! So once my spots fill up, I will be closing my calendar until a spot opens up. Updates will be posted on my website, and on my Instagram.
